What are enzymes?
Enzymes in food help to break down the nutrients so the can be
more easily assimilated by the body without using too much of
your bodies own digestive enzymes. This helps save energy, which
aids in slowing down the aging process, and protecting the body
against disease. Is frozen food still raw? Freezing food still
leaves most of their enzymes intact.
What is organic?
Organic is food that has not been Genetically Modified, or treated
with pesticides or preservatives.

want to eat a raw and living foods diet?
Persons embracing this type of diet invariably experience improvements
in their general physical and mental status, including more energy,
better health, weight loss, detoxification, and a sturdier immune.
